Phase 1 is the construction of the Airport Hotel with 72 rooms. ibis Tbilisi International will be the first and only internationally-branded hotel at the Tbilisi International Airport.

The long-term vision is to create a brand new travel and entertainment hub at Tbilisi International Airport.

The 1st ibis airport hotel is the very 1st step towards a lot bigger & bolder plans.

Following project phases at Tbilisi International Airport include over 30.000sqm developments to bring the old glory to the Silk Road route.

In addition to the new ibis, the building will also feature a modern business center, meeting rooms, and a wine shop, showcasing selected collections from well-renowned producers, as a tribute to Georgian wine traditions and heritage.

The hotel’s cozy rooms and convenient mobile check-in, along with affordable prices, will brighten up their wait during a stopover or before a long journey," Alexis Delaroff, COO of Accor New East Europe, says.

The involvement of an award-winning French architect, along with leading local team of architects from Art Studio, is sure to be a significant signature to the project. "This project is a first step towards the urban mutation of the area, as it marks the future development of Tbilisi Airport city area,"

states Clement Blanchet, a French architect.

SKI RESORT DEVELOPMENT

This hidden gem ski resort, confidential to all except investors, has untapped potential as an all-season destination and benefits from being connected by cable-car to the established ski resort of Gudauri.

Resembling France’s Les Trois Vallées with its landscape, it gains value from a brand new road from Tbilisi, due for completion in 2023, reducing travel time from the airport to two hours.

While Gudauri has exhausted its hotel development capacity and is the most compelling viable alternative to capitalise on the predicted influx of tourists to the region.
